Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround: 24-48 hours, depending on the order.
  • Express service may be offered at additional cost.

Customer Support

  • LaundryDoor provides first-level support for order tracking, billing, delivery, and complaints.
  • Cleaning-related claims are escalated to the laundromat partner.
