Quality Standards

- LaundryDoor works with customers to resolve complaints, but final cleaning responsibility rests with the partner.
Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround: 24-48 hours, depending on the order.
- Express service may be offered at additional cost.

Customer Support
- LaundryDoor provides first-level support for order tracking, billing, delivery, and complaints.
- Cleaning-related claims are escalated to the laundromat partner.
