By placing an order with LaundryDoor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Our Role
    • LaundryDoor is a pickup, delivery, and order management platform.
    • Cleaning services are performed by independent laundromat partners.
    • By using LaundryDoor, you authorize us to act as your agent to:
      • Submit your order to a laundromat partner.
      • Pay the partner on your behalf.
      • Arrange pickup and delivery.
  2. Service Agreement
    • LaundryDoor coordinates laundry orders between you and the laundromat partner.
    • We do not directly provide cleaning or garment processing services.
    • The laundromat partner is solely responsible for cleaning quality and garment care.
  3. Pickup & Delivery
    • Pickup and delivery times are scheduled through our app, website, or phone.
    • LaundryDoor may adjust delivery times due to traffic, weather, or partner delays.
    • Customers must ensure safe and timely access to their pickup or drop-off location.
  4. Garment Care & Liability
    • All cleaning is handled by laundromat partners according to standard industry practices.
    • LaundryDoor is not responsible for shrinkage, color fading, fabric damage, or items damaged due to manufacturer defects or incorrect care labels.
    • Any claims of damage or dissatisfaction will be investigated with the laundromat partner.
  5. Lost or Damaged Items
    • If an item is lost or damaged, LaundryDoor will assist as a point of contact between you and the laundromat partner.
    • Liability and reimbursement are subject to the laundromat partner's policies.
    • Maximum reimbursement is limited to the fair market value of the item or a capped amount defined by the partner.
    • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  6. Payments & Fees
    • Payment for services is made to LaundryDoor, which includes:
      • The laundromat partner's cleaning charges.
      • LaundryDoor's delivery and service fee.
    • Prices are displayed in the app or website and may change at any time.
    • All payments are processed securely before or at the time of service.
  7. Cancellations & Failed Pickups
    • Orders may be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before pickup without penalty.
    • Late cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible pickups may result in a $10 service fee.
  8. Unclaimed Items
    • If delivery cannot be completed, LaundryDoor will attempt contact.
    • Items unclaimed after 30 days may be donated to charity.
  9. Customer Responsibilities
    • Ensure pockets are empty of hazardous or valuable items (pens, lighters, money, jewelry, etc.).
    • Provide accurate information for pickup, delivery, and contact details.
    • Special care instructions must be provided in writing before pickup.
  10. Privacy & Data Use
    • Customer data is used solely for order management, billing, and service improvement.
    • We do not sell customer data to third parties.
  11. Service Modifications
    • LaundryDoor may update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
    • Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
